The Rocky Mount Housing Authority (RMHA) is taking an aggressive position against unauthorized guests within our communities. Guests and visitors are welcome, but written permission from management is needed for any guest or visitor who stays overnight for more than 14 days in a calendar year. Your lease clearly states, "resident agrees that no one other than those persons listed in Section II will be allowed to occupy or stay in the apartment" (Please refer to Section III of your lease, number eight).

Your lease will be terminated should RMHA discover any unauthorized guests within your unit. 

Note: Guests that are not registered with the office are considered Unauthorized Guests. 

For your safety and others, the above will be strictly enforced.
